Please contact Kimberly Clark-Williams directly for assistance in locating and retaining vetted legal representation who do not or have not represented HOA associations. After receiving an overwhleming number of recent ongoing complaints from HOA member homeowners statewide regarding Orange County HOA law firms that specialize in homeowner representation, those firms will be automatically excluded from being referred based on the above complaint information. Outstanding law firms throughout all other counties throughout the State of California will be utilized as vetted attorney referrals only. Best practice based on the above HOA member information would not be to engage with any law firms in Orange County, California without reaching out to CHOAMA first.
